I recently noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling and within hours my maintenance request was attended to. Lynn was especially helpful while I was out of town making sure everything was taken care of. She even fixed a few minor issues that she noticed around my unit. Lynn left me a detailed note of everything that was completed while I was away which was very reassuring. I am very grateful for all of Lynn & Eddie’s help and for Leah and AJ for always going above and beyond!

I have rented an apartment in north Oakland, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 for years now from Lobos Management Company. It is quite literally the most reasonably priced and best apartment I have ever had in the numerous cities I have lived in. The Lobos Staff--the owner himself, Office staff, Housekeeping, and Maintenance--have always been pleasant and courteous to me over the years; necessary repairs have been done very effectively and in a timely manner; the building itself as well as the lawns and shrubbery outside the building have not only been kept up well but also improved upon. And the security system inside the building, the best I have seen in any apt. I have rented, is maintained impeccably. Those few times I have needed to call the Office concerning one of the doors not locking quite right has proven to me how seriously Lobos views building security issues; a Maintenance person has always come here promptly, and worked diligently until the door or lock in question was working again 100% correctly. This gives me peace of mind, and is a further indication of the integrity of the people on the Staff of Lobos Management. They genuinely do care about the safety of the tenants; and in these challenging times, safety and security issues are very important. I have also noticed that this is the quietest apt. I have had over the years. If now and then one of the tenants is making too much noise and disturbing other neighbors, Lobos will send out an email to everyone in the building reminding us all of the importance of not disturbing the sleep or study time of other tenants, and the necessity of observing the Quiet Hours which begin at 11 PM. I am grateful for all the many efforts on the part of Lobos Management in maintaining and improving upon the buildings and outdoor areas, repairing and, when occasionally necessary, replacing appliances and other things that need to be fixed, keeping the buildings clean and sanitary, and immediately taking care of security issues concerning doors and locks. I am also grateful for the respectful and courteous manner in which all the tenants are treated. If you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Pittsburgh, Lobos Management people are the ones to talk to!

Leah was amazing when it came to getting us into our new place. She went above and beyond in every aspect. She returned all of my calls when setting up showings, explained everything well, and even helped me secure a garage space connected to our apartment for my convenience. She was so pleasant and still answers my texts when I need something. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I worked with your leasing agent Maranda in search of an apartment back in October, as I was just looking around casually. She immediately drove down to meet me, and we toured several units that same hour. I am now moved in to a lovely unit she showed me, and helped through the entire process until the key was in my hand. The apartment is decently priced for its conveniences and uniqueness.
